Shipping Policy

At Sethji Organics, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely. Once an order is placed, we begin processing immediately to ensure timely dispatch. However, if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will remain responsible for the original shipping charges. In such cases, we will issue a refund for the product cost only, excluding any shipping and handling fees.

We currently do not offer product exchanges. For information regarding returns or issues with your order, please refer to our Return Policy. To help ensure smooth delivery, please provide a complete and accurate street address, including your PIN code and a nearby landmark. Depending on your delivery location, we work with various reliable shipping partners to ensure your package reaches you safely.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (IST) on business days are typically shipped within 3 business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed and shipped within 4 business days. Please note that in rare cases such as adverse weather, high order volumes, or logistical disruptions, processing times may be extended.

We ship all orders through reputed courier services. While we strive to provide tracking details, not all shipments may include proof of signature. It is the customer’s responsibility to be available at the time of delivery. In cases where no one is available, the courier may leave the package at the delivery address at their discretion.

From time to time, we may offer coupon codes that provide discounts on certain products or services. These codes are valid only until deactivated by Sethji Organics and may be used once per customer within India. Discounts do not apply to shipping, taxes, or handling fees. We reserve the right to modify or cancel these offers without prior notice.

Shipping charges apply to all orders, calculated at ₹30 per 500 grams of product. However, during promotional periods, we may offer free or discounted shipping. Such offers will be clearly mentioned on the product pages, offer banners, or at checkout. Free standard shipping, when applicable, is applied after discounts and before taxes. It cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively. If a product from a free-shipping order is returned, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

If your order includes any special handling or oversized packaging, those costs will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete the payment process.
